Does Mayz Solutions charge talent finders a fee?
Our fees are based on a one-time percentage fee of the candidate’s annual salary, agreed upon before we start. Because we’re a lean, independent agency, our rates are competitive — and our results speak for themselves.
Do you offer guarantees if a placement doesn’t work out?
Yes — every placement comes with our Mayz Solutions Guarantee.
If a candidate leaves within the first 8 weeks, we’ll provide a free replacement.
If a suitable replacement can’t be found within 4 weeks, we’ll offer a partial credit (up to 50%) toward your next hire.
What if the candidate leaves due to internal company changes?
Our guarantee applies if a candidate leaves voluntarily or due to performance issues.
If the role is made redundant or cancelled due to internal restructuring, the guarantee does not apply — but we’ll still do our best to support you fairly.
What are your payment terms?
Invoices are typically due 14–30 days from the candidate’s start date, depending on agreement. We’re flexible — and we’ll always be upfront about terms before work begins.
How do you protect client and candidate data?
We take data privacy seriously. All information is stored securely in line with UK GDPR regulations, and we never share details without explicit consent
