Zain founded Mayz Solutions to bring human-centricity, transparency and purpose to hiring.
Drawing from his background in Sales, Marketing and Digital Marketing in the Healthcare and Clinical setting, Zain recognised how big agencies treated clients like numbers and candidates like data points.
As a people-first leader, Zain guides every conversation, reviews every shortlist and stands beside both and through the entire hiring journey. His focus is not on being the largest agency in the room — but on being the one that listens most, reacts fastest and delivers best.
